What is in your fragrances?

Each of our fragrances have been carefully created and blended using the finest essential and Phthalate free aromatic oils sourced from around the world. Each candle provides a unique and sophisticated experience through our diverse scent profiles.

Where are you located?

We are located in Queens, NY. Our candle line is made in-studio by us in NYC.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Not currently, however we have a growing list of stores where you can experience DeAndra Craigman Studios in-store, visit our Stockist page for our current partners.

Where are your products made?

Our entire line is made in Queens, New York.

How can I stock DeAndra Craigman Studios at my store/retail space?

We offer a wholesale service for physical retail stores based in the U.S. Please complete our Retailer form and a member from our team will reach out.

When will my order ship?

Our candles are made fresh to order and go through a series of quality checks before it shipped to our customers. Please allow 3-7 business days for your candle to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped. If placed on a Friday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from DeAndra Craigman Studios once your order has shipped. This e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

What is your online return policy?

We hope that you find your new favorite fragrance here at DeAndra Craigman Studios! However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.

I received a damaged product. How should I proceed?

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@deandracraigman.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!

My package is lost!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
