It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our candles are made fresh to order and go through a series of quality checks before it shipped to our customers. Please allow 2-4 business days for your candle to be processed and manufactured before it is shipped. If placed on a Friday or over the weekend orders will be shipped the following business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirming the label has been created. This email will also provide a tracking number for you to track the status of the delivery.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail from DeAndra Craigman Studios once your order has shipped. This e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

We hope that you find your new favorite fragrance here at DeAndra Craigman Studios! However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email info@deandracraigman.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Each of our fragrances have been carefully created and blended using the finest essential and Phthalate-free, carcinogen-free, mutagen-free, paraben-free aromatic oils sourced from around the world.

Our entire line is made in Queens, New York.

We are located in Queens, NY. Our candle line is made in-studio by us in NYC.
